Art on a plate - Bistrot des Saveurs, Castres - Restaurant Review November 2015

Tucked away in the centre of Castres, behind its simple brown façade, lies an exceptional restaurant run by an English chef called Simon Scott and his French wife Marie-Hélène who takes care of front of house.


Simon trained and worked in iconic London venues such as the Ritz and the Savoy Hotel, where he was the Head Chef for five years, and eventually settled in the Tarn.
