Our offerings are the expression of our terroir, produced by our expertise and experience. #Pézenas area: AOC Picpoul de Pinet, Hérault department, Occitanie, South of France (with map)


Stretching along the Thau lagoon to the west of the Mediterranean’s Golfe de Lyon lies the largest white wine producing area in the Languedoc: the Picpoul de Pinet terroir.


It consists of a triangle bounded by Agde, Pézenas and Sète: a limestone plateau basking in the rising sun covered in highly perfumed garrigue, rows of vines, and scattered pine groves.

Domaine de la Baume in the Languedoc-Roussillon region is situated in Servian, between Béziers and the medieval town of Pézenas, at the centre of the world’s largest wine-growing area. In this haven of peace and quiet, one road leads to the magnificent wrought-iron gate adorned with a J and a P, in honour of Jean Prat.
Domaine de la Baume is an estate of some 176 hectares, planted with Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Chardonnay et Viognier. webpage
